“Hanging Clock” raises awareness of man’s destructive environmental activities while advocating the protection, preservation, management, or restoration of the natural environment.  Man, who cannot be detached from time, and the actions of his past, faces a threatening storm that occasions his activities on earth. The symbol of the clock with oversized arms is a clarion call on man to find means of mitigating the emergencies and threats of our time.
